WEAR WARRANTY
This carpet is guaranteed against premature wear provided it is fitted in the recommended areas to British standards 5325. This does not include any claim for loss of appearance due to flattening of the pile which occurs naturally with usage.
CARPET SHADING
All cut pile carpets, irrespective of quality, can be subject to a shading effect. This is not a manufacturing defect but is due to differing degrees of light reflection caused by unequal pile crushing during use.
COLOUR MATCHING
Colour samples shown are representative of normal production. Despite high quality control standards, some variation will occur between batches due to slight differences in pile heights, density and yarn lustre. If colour matching is crucial the customer must approve the carpet before installation. No responsibility can be taken for colour variation after installation.
