We ordered our lounge carpet from the Amblecote store and had good service and advice there.
Both measuring up and fitting were great.
The fitters, Kevin and Stuart, were hard working and pleasant. They moved our heavy furniture for us and replaced it as we wished.
The whole experience was hassle free. Thank you.

I came into store this morning to get carpet for my stair and landing I wanted 18 sq metres the guy I spoke to was very rude and dismissive he made out I didn't know how to use a tape measure and not helpful at all I have previously used this shop many times but will not be using them again I have now been sorted else where .

Really disappointed. Picked a nice carpet, was told they use the best quality underlay. They don’t or they didn’t supply it to me! Paid a premium, yet when I ordered the exact same carpet from a different supplier using the cloud 9 equivalent it’s 2 x better.

We were looking for new carpets for our hall, stairs and landing. Wayne at Kidderminster Carpets gave us excellent service and advice on the types of carpet to best suit our situation. The estimating was professionally done and agreed. Due to circumstances we had to delay fitting but it was no problem and when the fitter came he did a first class job. It was an awkward fitting, but we are very pleased with the final results.

I was shocked when the carpet was fitted to how comfortable it was under my feet as well as with our two children who manage to accidentally drop bits of food on the carpet on how easy it is to clean with just a cloth, the staff at Kidderminster were spot on with talking to us as well as listening to our requirements (we asked for as little chemicals to be used as well as helping with our isolation during Covid-19 oh and for a matted area by the front door), with payment of 50% with our order and 50% on completion everything went smoothly even with any questions we had the staff went out of their way to answer them even during the lock down when the staff were furloughed the accounts depart replied to our e-mail 🙂 we have used Kidderminster Carpets two or three times now in 10 years and nothing bad so thank you to the staff. The picture are from out latest purchase.

Had a few carpets for various rooms now. The guys are always super helpful in the shop and recommend suitable carpets depending on room its going in and durability needed. No pushy sales tactics, just helpful.
The fitters have always been lovely too. Just come in and do the job. Have a little chat but their focus is to fit the carpet quickly (but well)

High quality carpets presented well in a bright open space. Wheelchair access directly from the car park via a low tarmac ramp to the main door.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff quickly on hand to help when needed but not in a pushy way. Certainly not a cheap carpet chain but the do provide a good service.

Had a bedroom carpet fitted on the 11th of May. The guys were very careful which we are grateful for because iv just plastered,new skirting etc. Not a mark was left so thanks for that. Chap in the shop was very accommodating with regards to a fit date and was professional throughout. The quality of the carpet is bang on. Thanks to all who were involved.

We went to the shop looking for a rug but couldn't find one we liked. Then approached by I believe who could be the manager, who advised we could have a rug made. We had a selection of carpets to choose from, the rug was ordered and has been delivered just over a week after going to the shop. We are really pleased with the rug and the excellent customer service 😀 Will definitely recommend this shop for selection and great customer service. Thank you 😊

They were so friendly in the shop and the carpet fitters were great. My dog just barked at them the whole time and one started trying to play with her with her toys. I just thought that was so lovely and the carpet looks great.

Greats service from start to finish! Staff in the shop were very helpful when we went in to look for some vinyl flooring. The came out and measured up, price was good and today the fitter who came was a really nice guy who did a brilliant job! Very pleased 😀

I changed my mind about the carpet I had ordered the day before the fitting and these guys went out of their way to sort it out for me. Nice quality carpet at £12 a roll. I paid to have it fitted and the old carpet taken away and they worked around the furniture I couldn't move from the room. Would definitely use them again.

Not the first time I've used this company for my carpets and today was no exception. Very pleasant and helpful staff, Ansell in particular(sorry if I've misspelled the name) who gave good advise, listened to what I was looking for and gave a very affordable price.
